Design Freedom

We want you to move into a new home you love and we are passionate about offering each of our buyers the opportunity to customize whenever possible, whether you’re building from the ground up or buying a showcase home.  Even when closing on a home within 30 days, we offer the opportunity to choose custom finishes.  Right from the start you’ll be involved in the building process and have the ability to make your home unique and just right for you and your family.  Contact a New Home Specialist for more information.

New Home Warranty

Each of our custom homes comes with a 1-year New Home Warranty.  We stand behind our product and we provide the service to back it up.  If any issues arise within the first 90 days, your Rodrock Homes project manager will be there to take care of it, and after 90 days our warranty facilitator will be there to provide outstanding service.  Contact a New Home Specialist for more information.

Rodrock Referral Program

As a Rodrock Homes homeowner, or future homeowner currently under contract, you’ll receive a $1,000 Visa Gift Card for your first referral when that new owner signs a contract with us.  For the second referral and each one following, you’ll receive a $2,000 Visa Gift Card.  And there’s no limit on how many referrals you can make!    Some restrictions apply.  View our Referral Program page or contact a New Home Specialist for more information.
