We were recently asked to come up with a quick sampling of our furnished model home video tours. They wanted us to share what it would be like to walk through some of our homes. . . and we had 30 seconds. So with the help from the great team at Amoura Productions, we came up with seven homes in 30 seconds.

There is no way to get an appreciation of each home in the short amount of time they were given. But just as a movie trailer’s goal is to make you want to see the entire movie, our goal is for you to want to see the rest of the model home tour. Photo vs. Video

While a color photograph of a home will offer more details than looking at a rendering or floor plan, a video is even better. A video allows you to step inside and walk through each room. A video home tour provides more information than looking at photos because it allow for a greater sense of size and space.
