The Rodrock Custom Design Experience creates the opportunity for you to work with a team of interior designers during the construction process.
How Does it Work
By partnering with Twigs Interiors, we are able to offer new home buyers the services of an interior design firm known for making their clients dreams come to life. The designers at Twigs have built a national reputation by getting to know their patrons and listening before ever making a suggestion.
The design team will ask questions to learn about the look and feel you desire for your home. Next, they will work with your schedule to arrange meetings to be held at their Design Studio, located in downtown Overland Park. During these times they will offer assistance in choosing paint, tile, granite, light fixtures, and other selections to make your home unique.
An additional benefit of working with the Twigs designers, is the convenience of going to one location and seeing the design boards and decorator sheets which have been created for you. It is exciting to see the individual elements come together for the finished results.

We will never lose sight of the fact that we are building your home, so the amount of contribution from the Twigs Interiors team will be up to you.
Some home buyers will arrive at the first meeting with most, if not all, of their selections already predetermined. Others will rely on the input of the designers for almost all aspects of the selection process. In most cases, the best fit for you may be somewhere in between. The ability to find the perfect balancing point makes Twigs stands out.
The home’s stage of construction at purchase also impacts the level of involvement. A home near completion may only have a few selections remaining. However, buying a home early in the construction process, or even before construction begins, known as a “build job,” is where the true talents of the Twigs team will be evident.
The designers have the distinct ability to view a floor plan and make suggestions to get the most from that space. They have the eye for making subtle adjustments to cabinets, trim, and even room layouts which results in a completely personal look and feel for your home.
This much personalzation to your home has never been available except at the upper levels of custom home builders.
