Guaranteed Buy-Out
You’ve found a Rodrock Homes floor plan you love and want to build, but currently have a house you need to sell. 10-Month Peace of Mind
Building from the ground up normally takes 5 to 6 months. You’ve found the perfect home site and/or want to make some floor plan adjustments to your Rodrock Homes floor plan, but you currently have a house you need to sell before closing. We’ll offer you peace of mind by extending the length of time you have to close from 6 months to 10. Design Freedom
We want you to move into a new home you love and we are passionate about offering each of our buyers the opportunity to customize whenever possible, whether you’re building from the ground up or buying a showcase home. Even when closing on a home within 30 days, we offer the opportunity to choose custom finishes. Right from the start you’ll be involved in the building process and have the ability to make your home unique and just right for you and your family. New Home Warranty
Each of our custom homes comes with a 1-year New Home Warranty. We stand behind our product and we provide the service to back it up. If any issues arise within the first 90 days, your Rodrock Homes project manager will be there to take care of it, and after 90 days our warranty facilitator will be there to provide outstanding service. Energy Star Rated Homes
Rodrock Homes currently offers four ENERGY STAR Rated floor plans (Ashton EX, Larsen II, Linden and Chesapeake) and we have the ability to upgrade any floor plan to receive this designation. The Energy Star website states, “To earn the ENERGY STAR, a home must meet strict guidelines for energy efficiency set by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency.
